Git Server Change

[link—standalone] I'm going to be moving the git server from CGit over to Stagit. It'll improve page serving times since it won't be running server-side scripts, only serving pre-generated static pages. It's just generally more suckless overall, and it moreso fits with my ethos better.

Also, the XMPP server still isn't up. I don't know if I'll ever finish that. I might though, really just depends on my mood.
